Save money and be good to the environment by making your own seedling pots with newspaper.
Ideal for those seeds that hate root disturbance like the sunflower. Once the seedling has germinated simply plant pot and all into the garden!
Instructions:
Cut or tear newspaper into (approximately) 8x55cm strips
Roll one or two strips around barrel and tuck underneath
Press the barrel into the base and rotate to form the base of the pot.
Remove and fill with potting mix to sew seed / seedling or cutting.
